Integrated Training Company (ITC); a Subsidiary of Al-Subeaei Group

ITC, Integrated Training Company opened in 2001 as a subsidiary of Mohammed and Abdullah I. Al-Subeaei Group. ITC has clear, concise, and achievable goals that will assist the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia’s national approach to qualifying and developing young Saudi youth, so they can be integrated into the workforce and play a vital role in various industries throughout the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. At ITC, this goal is reflected in our vision, mission, and our slogan “Towards Qualified Saudis”.

Vision

Our vision is to be the leading and preferred training provider in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, by building a team of competent personnel that can meet or exceed our client’s needs, which would make our trainees favored when it comes to hiring and promotion.

Mission

Our Mission is to provide exceptional training services to match those required by to¬day’s employment market. We feel this can only be achieved by using modern delivery methods, both theoretical and practical, to enhance the knowledge using experience and qualified trainers. Our services are offered to individuals, as well as companies, who wish to acquire access to certification and accreditation by upgrading their current skills.

Al-Subeaei Group’s first nucleus formed in 1933 (1353 Hijri) by the two brothers Mohammed and Abdullah Ibrahim Al-Subeaei. The group activities have been developed in the past 76 years to cover verity of business sectors in all major cities of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia: Currency Exchange, Real Estate, Trading, Agriculture, and Industrial Manufacturing.

ITC has become a premier training organization in the GCC, as an outcome of our focus on studying, developing, and delivering programs that are tailored to suit the needs of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia’s employment market. Continual financial support, offered by our investor group, Al-Subeaei, provides us with the confidence to operate, invest, and expand to accommodate the market potential.

ITC offers developmental courses throughout the Middle East, North Africa, and GCC. These courses target on-the-job personal who wish to upgrade and improve their knowledge base, in subjects that relate to their field of work.

ITC also offers qualification-training programs that serve many divisions within the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia’s local industries. These programs aim to develop and deliver qualified Saudi youths, so that they are capable and fit comfortably into the employment market.

Besides training programs, ITC also offers consulting services to assess which fields have additional training requirements, corporate consulting services, and API Inspec­tion services.

  2. All employees are expected to carry out their assignments in a way that prevents injury to themselves and others.
  3. Faculty and all employees must set personal examples of safety for their students and other employees.
  4. Faculty and staff must be alert to recognizing and resolving potential safety and environmental hazards so that risks for employees, students and visitors are iden¬tified and reduced or eliminated.
  5. Supervisors and employees must establish, follow, and enforce safe practices and procedures.
  6. Every individual must know the potential hazards associated with their duties and follow all applicable safety practices and procedures.
