Day 4:

Testing and troubleshooting of gasoline engine problems.

• Introduction of methods of testing gasoline engines.
• Knowing different methods of testing engine parts.

 

Day 5:

Compression test.

• Understanding procedures and tools used to perform compression test.
• Fault diagnosis using compression test.
• Practical performance of compression test.

Day 6:

Leak down test and exhaust gas analysis.

• Understanding procedures and tools used to perform Leak down test.
• Fault diagnosis using Leak down test and exhaust gas analysis.
• Practical performance of Leak down test and exhaust gas analysis.

Day 7:

Understanding lubrication and cooling systems for fault diagnoses.

• Knowing different components of lubrication and cooling systems
• Procedures for fault diagnoses of lubrication system.
• Procedures for fault diagnoses of cooling system.

Dismantle of gasoline engine and fault diagnoses and machining of gasoline engine

Day 9:

Assembly of gasoline engine.

Day 10:

Introduction to electronic engine systems for fault diagnose.

• OBDII using to electronic fault diagnoses and practical demonstration.
