Contents: • Introduction what is PA. • Conventional Ultrasonic • Basic Formulae Reg Beam divergence, Zones • Probes analysis • Phased array DDF, beam Steering, Zone allocation • Phased array formula & Scanning Pattern. • Operation Control of the equipment ( Practical) • General and Corrosion applications. • HIC, SOHIC explained & HIC application & practicals. • Corrosion application use in PV, Pipe line & AST • TOFD introduction, Waves & probes • Sizing of Cracks both PA & TOFD and defect detection. • Analysis of TOFD & PA defect pattern • Mock Up examination (General) & Specific Practical Examination Course also includes: • Hands-On Training (Practical) • Review & Discussions
