- Participants (Production or Maintenance personal) will be able to attend and overcome any emergencies comfortably in their plant battery limit.
- Participant will learn rescue operation in any emergency in their plant.
- One participant in turn can motivate 10 employees to overcome any type of emergencies systematically.

- Supervisor with an experience of 2 years of any chemical, petrochemical or steel industries.
- Shift Supervisors (production or maintenance) with 3 years' experience
- Sr. Operator with 5 years' experience
- Technical support persons with 2 years plant experience
