Introduction: • This course provides hands-on training for Primavera’s latest enterprise based solution (v6.0). Participants will gain a thorough background in the concepts of project planning, scheduling, execution, and control. This six-day course leads you through hands-on workshops that create and track an entire project from initial planning to completion. All workshops and instruction integrate the two basic elements of project management: schedule and resource.
