الأهداف
Objectives: • Accidents will be reduced during, Pre- Start Up and Commissioning of the plant when construction phase is over. • Plant operating staff also gets a help with Pre-Start Up procedure in commissioning of the plant after long shut down or Annual Turned Up. • Plant executives will understand the Process Safety hazards and weak area in their Safety Process Control system during start up and may rectify before commissioning of the plant. • Participant will get an idea of hazards, possessing in complicated process area and also able to assess the risk in their own working area. • Participant from Supervisory Cadre will be able to investigate the cause of the process failure during commissioning of the plant.

Contents: • Assessment of condition of the equipments after construction before start up in accordance with design specification. • Proper testing of process equipments, Pressure vessels, Piping, other Vessels. • Preparation of proper P&I diagram before start up. • Process Safety Information, including chemical information and Process manual. • Process Safety Hazard Analysis/ Hazop Study • Safety in Purging of Vessels / pipelines , Cut Board Busting • SOP of all procedure before start up/ Safety Manual. • Environmental Impact Analysis applicable to toxic chemicals • Emergency Preparedness on all processes, content hazardous chemicals. • Zones Classification Diagram • Electrical fittings as per Zone Classification. Testing of ear thing strips before start up. • Process Control Room • Training to the operating and maintenance staff before commissioning of the plant.

Who Should Attend? • Supervisor with an experience of 3 years • Shift Supervisor with 5 years experience • Maintenances Supervisor working in process plant with an experience of 03 years • Junior Engineers from Technical Department and Safety Department with 02 year experience.
