This 5 days course explains the basic concepts of CNC and their history, and all the way up to G-Code programming and CNC turning center set-up. Through our step-by-step course outline, you will go through all the procedures from reading part drawing. Explain the difference between the fixed and programmable Automation, compare between traditional and CNC Machines. Understand the executive drawing of the work-piece. Select the cutting tool, cutting speed and feed rate. Specify the method of work-piece holding. Explain the G-Commands for the cutting tool motion.
