The crises that occur in organizations is only sudden changes occur on the environment internal or external to the organization without expect them or forcing avoided It is often said that every crisis or situation contains the seeds inside success and the roots of failure as well. The field of crisis management and multi-many, we cannot restrict or broken, but it can be said that crises associated with production may occur as a result of failure opposed to some crises occurring outside the control of management and therefore must be a mechanism and procedures and decisions to deal with crises and difficult situations faced by the organizations.



This session aims to highlight the theoretical framework of the concept and technical [crisis] and the most important causes, analysis and presentation of the most important forms of administrative and how to meet corporate governance making rational decisions innovative of the crisis, as well as how to prevent and cure of crises before they occur. Enable participants to assess the risks arising from the crises and emergencies and to develop a plan to manage crises as they occur and to deal with them in a scientific and creative.
