INTRODUCTION:

 

A good leader or supervisor is someone who can involve and inspire their team to achieve outstanding results by motivating them to work towards a common goal. These skills need to be self assessed and confirmed and can be developed for further progression and enhancement.

 

This course aims to consolidate existing supervisory skills and develop an understanding of the vital role of leadership in today’s fast changing business environment.
