INTRODUCTION:

This Five days course will enable you to be better prepared when leading change. Business needs and processes are changing all the time, it is relatively easy to plan change, the difficultly often is the process of making it happen. If change is managed well, it can improve morale and efficiency and general productivity throughout a department or even a whole organization.
