INTRODUCTION:

 

This course has been designed in a way that can match the demands of managers and secretaries and office co-assistants. It is well known that tasks of office workers at any facility suffer almost double folds as those who do not handle customers.   

          Apart from the legal codes of ethics being applied worldwide, yet particular attention has been applied to organizations dealing with customers based on religious considerations.
