This course aims at training the participants (engineers) on the different types of machinery failure that can be available with machines in industry. Classification of failure will be tackled with its expected causes. The course also targets the correct diagnosis of the failure modes based on the FEMEA analysis. The fish bone techniques will be also utilized in the problem solving sessions with great emphasis on the conclusions and recommendations out of each analysis phase.
