- Setup and edit maintenance Registers and Employee records
- Enter transactions using the Fast Timesheet Entry, Extended Transaction Entry and Express Timesheet Entry
- Generate transactions
- Produce reports used to:
- List exceptions that may impact the payroll process
- Check transaction input
- Record all payroll transactions for the period
- Record employer superannuation contributions
- Reconcile payroll values
- Print Pay Advices and generate files, including creditor files
- Perform an End of Pay process and produce reports associated with End of Pay
- Perform housekeeping tasks such as Database Integrity Checks and purges of the audit Report
- Perform a Period Reset
- Participants will be able to:
- Use Extended Transaction entry to process Terminations, Prepayments, Adjustments and Back Pays
- Identify the key reports produced during the pay process

- Generate a text file containing selected payroll information
