Objectives

1. Understanding points of particularity of work place and service:

          This would justify attention paid to behavior of personnel. Ignoring these peculiar criteria might lead to conflicts or mistakes up to mal-practice.

 

  2. Understanding principles of management:

          The course will help to describe own view of management, values, ethics, and perception, and what you bring to your role as manager and explains the differing approaches to defining management and the standard cycle of the management process. Hence, the expected added value would range from mere understanding of the institutional goals and coping with your goals, up to merging avails.

 3. Defeating stress & avoidance of its drawbacks:

Nowadays, no one is immune against work stress. You will understand origins of stress at work environment and how to abolish, or at least to minimize, the impact of stress. Simple modalities will be postulated to mange stress of work.

4. Understanding principles & ethics of profession:

          In fact, orientation about work ethics is not reserved for managers or secretaries since office work is part of the common pool of facility.

5. Improving communication skills and coping with teams:         Effective communication is all about conveying your messages to other people clearly and unambiguously. It's also about receiving information that others are sending to you, with as little distortion as possible. Effective communication is the key to get you to where you want to be in your life. Communication is an essential skill for successful business and personal relationships. ‘Man is not an island’ – communication has the power to destroy, or build relationships. Communication has an impact whenever it occurs – we can use communication to influence every interaction in a positive way, by developing the skills needed to communicate effectively.

          The ability to connect and build rapport with other people is a foundation life skill, and should ideally, be actively developed from an early age. It is a learned skill, and can be learned and used at any age.

          Doing this involves effort from both the sender of the message and the receiver. And it's a process that can be fraught with error, with messages muddled by the sender, or misinterpreted by the recipient. When this isn't detected, it can cause tremendous confusion, wasted effort and missed opportunity.

6. Ability to solve problems and take decisions:

          Having problem solving skills will enable you to approach your activities with greater confidence that you have thoroughly considered all approaches and possible problems and solutions. It allows you to interpret your results correctly and support your conclusions with valid arguments.

          Meanwhile, you will learn how to pick one solution where the positive outcome can outweigh possible losses. Avoiding decisions often seems easier. Yet, making your own decisions and accepting the consequences are the only way to stay in control of your time, your success, and your life. 

7. Empowering Supportive Supervision:

          The ability to motivate employees to improve productivity is a crucial supervision skill. While motivation techniques are not difficult to master, they are often neglected.    Trainee will learn building and maintaining morale of applying motivation techniques, and can personally benefit in addition to helping his institution.

8. Refreshing secretarial experience:

          Acquire a clear understanding of the objectives, functions and various forms of business documents used in the organization so as to improve the skills of allied tasks, namely:
