Objectives

The objective of the Team Building Seminar is to reinforce the concept of team building & development in order to reach a better output in team performance. This is done through:

• Displaying the Team Building & Development processes.
• Over viewing the Team performance and its measures.
• Discussing the Team Challenges and show-stoppers.
• Variety of practical exercises for each section of the seminar

At the end of this course, trainees will know what factors influence team performance and lead to success; understand the principles of building new teams and selecting team members; have applied and practiced the principles team building and selection.
