Objectives
- This seminar is designed for individuals responsible for preparing, qualifying and reviewing welding procedures and welders' qualifications in accordance with section IX of the ASME Code. Participants will be able to apply the rules of section IX as they pertain to the development of welding procedures specifications and welder qualifications.
- A thorough study on WPS / PQR / Welder qualification is done. A logical approach to implementations is discussed that could help eliminate costly confusion when preparing welding procedures and qualifying welders.
